We Need Your Help. Now More than Ever.
The Coronavirus is Serious. And So Are Our Plans to Protect Seniors.
The seniors who we help age in place are particularly vulnerable to the coronoavirus. That's why we're taking a host of extra steps to ensure we're doing all we can to keep them healthy.
Our regular deliveries of hot and frozen meals are continuing as usual, with extra precautions to protect the health and safety of our customers in place. We have ordered 14-day, non-perishable meal kits for our current customers, and are preparing emergency shelf stable meals for those who may need immediate help in the coming days.
Our internal coronavirus task force meets daily to review and update our plans, in collaboration with our regional partners.
If you ever considered making a donation to support Meals on Wheels or thought about volunteering, this is an outstanding time to do so. See the links above.
Together, we'll ensure that the coronavirus has the least impact possible on our seniors and our community.
