Our centerpiece service is, of course, Home Delivered Meals. We provide food to seniors so they can age in a place where they feel most comfortable and connected to their community. However, we are about so much more because when we deliver meals, we get the chance to check in with our seniors, chat for a few minutes, and make sure they are OK.

Through our Pet Support program (available to those who participate in the Meals on Wheels program), we deliver dog and cat food, along with vouchers for vet services.

Our Area Senior Services programs provide additional support, including: Transportation, Personal Financial Management, & Senior Care Coordination--all with the goal of helping seniors age happily in their homes.

A warm, friendly atmosphere is what draws older adults to our OTR Senior Center. Many local seniors go there everyday for companionship and friendship.

Building Coordinators: are Social Workers who help older adults live in senior housing complexes across the Greater Cincinnati Region.

Congregate Meals are community meals served in 8 locations across Hamilton County.

The availability of the variety of these wrap-around services and resources are critical, as many of our seniors are marginalized, have disabilities, or are living with chronic health conditions. Most are low-income or living below the poverty line.

We serve 10,000 seniors annually in 11 counties. Our service area includes Hamilton, Butler and Clermont counties in Ohio, and the Kentucky counties of Boone, Kenton, Gallatin, Carroll, Owen, Grant, Pendleton and Campbell.

We delivered 1.4 million meals last year, assembled in our commercial-grade kitchen. In addition to our regular menu items, we also prepare special meals for those seniors with certain health concerns, such as high blood pressure or diabetes. We are proud to provide our seniors with more than 30 meal options!
